Cancellations
Cancellations for paid registrants must be received in writing via mail or e-mail. Refunds will only apply to the conference registration fees.  If you need to cancel any travel or hotel arrangements, please contact the relevant company directly.  All registration cancellations received by November 1, 2006 will be charged a refund processing fee equal to 25% of your registration fee.  After that date, no refunds for conference registrations will be granted.  Refunds will be made in accordance with the type of payment initially received.  A confirmation notice will be e-mailed to you when your request is received.
