Maryland Master Contract

The Maryland Department of Budget and Management awarded Optimal Solutions Group LLC and its partners a Master Contract for management consulting services for Maryland State agencies. These management consulting services include governance and organizational assessments, economy and efficiency reviews, program performance assessments, strategic and action planning, and business process reengineering.
