Optimal's Disparity Study Services

Optimal provides clients with an objective means of determining disparities in such fields as health and procurement. Optimal's expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and performance measurement give clients the ability to discover possible organizational and operational processes that contribute to disparities, and provides them with a foundation for resolving such discrepancies. Recently, Optimal and BBC Research partnered to conduct a disparity study to determine steps in the procurement process, if any, that contribute to the under-utilization of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs). Optimal also does research in the area of eliminating health disparities across various minority communities.
